US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

We are growing rapidly and hiring top talent with leading AI skills across engineering, sales, product, marketing, and beyond as we build the leading digital operations platform. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering. You won’t just be selling a platform; you will be partnering with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering at the US’s most influential enterprises to redefine how they manage digital operations, resilience, and automation.
