As the Associate Director, APD AI Platform – AI/GenAI Solution Delivery Lead, you will work at the intersection of business, data science, engineering, and technology, driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives from concept to adoption while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable value across the organization. Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions from strategy through adoption. • Drive release planning, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of AI products and platforms. • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI use cases and delivery roadmaps. • Define clear functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business objectives and outcomes. • Ensure data readiness, governance, quality, accessibility, and operational scalability for AI solutions. • Collaborate with data science, engineering, cloud, and operations teams to optimize model performance. • Establish responsible Artificial Intelligence practices, security controls, compliance standards, and risk management processes. • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and vendor relationships across initiatives. • Provide executive-level communication, status updates, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. • Mentor cross-functional teams and foster excellence in AI solution delivery and operational execution.
