About the role

Location : Berlin (hybrid) Hi, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for an experienced marketer to drive our growth globally. About AMBOSS AMBOSS is the copilot for medical professionals, empowering them to provide the best possible care through our learning and clinical decision support tool. Our team brings together care, innovative thinking, and cutting-edge AI medical technology. Our founders launched AMBOSS in 2012 with the goal of creating a tool they wished they had during medical school and clinical practice. Since then, we’ve grown to over 600 employees and are active in over 180 countries - primarily in Germany and the US. Our offices are located in Berlin, Cologne, New York, Cagliari and Cape Town. Want to learn more about our culture? Watch our video to explore what makes us unique. Why can this position be exciting for you? Many of our students and clinicians access AMBOSS through an institutional license from their medical school or hospital. In this role, you’ll own the marketing that turns those license holders into active, engaged AMBOSS users and, ultimately, advocates. You’ll sit between our B2B Sales/Regional teams and our consumer marketing teams, with a clear focus on adoption and engagement of institutional customers. A license only creates value once someone opens AMBOSS, finds the answer they need before an exam or at the bedside, and comes back the next day. You’ll make that first step easy and help it become a habit. Your work shows up in how many students and physicians actually use AMBOSS, in how confident our Sales and Regional teams feel going into renewals, and in how many future doctors make better decisions for their patients. You’ll build initiatives that work globally and still feel local to each campus and hospital. If you enjoy seeing a direct line from a campaign to real usage, this role gives you plenty of room to build. You will: • Own the end-user journey from “license granted” to “actively using AMBOSS,” including onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement for students and physicians on institutional licenses. • Build and maintain automated CRM flows for onboarding, feature announcements, and re-engagement, tailored by audience (students vs. physicians) and institution type. • Support institutional renewals by identifying low-usage accounts and running targeted engagement campaigns, in close coordination with Sales and Account/Regional Managers. • Create and maintain institution-facing collateral (onboarding kits, flyers, one-pagers, usage summaries) that Sales and Regional teams use to support rollouts and renewals. • Own and optimize CMS content and landing pages for institutional end users, including license activation and sign-up flows. • Partner with institutions on local activation, such as campus ambassador programs, webinars, and events. You bring: • 3-4+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, SAAS, or edtech marketing, • Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools. • Strong ownership and accountability in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Detail-oriented ownership of content quality across CMS, CRM, and collateral. • Data-driven decision-making, even with imperfect or limited data sets. • Proactive in spotting activation/usage gaps and proposing fixes, not just reporting metrics. • Excellent stakeholder management across global/local and marketing/sales teams. Benefits: AMBOSSians tell us that innovative work keeps them energized and employee benefits help them to feel appreciated and empowered. We invest in every AMBOSSian with our employee benefits package, crafted to support financial, physical, and mental health, and work-life harmony. • 🌴 Rest & Time Off (30 paid vacation days, AMBOSS holiday, personal purpose day and more) • 🥙 Foo
