In this position you will play a critical role in supporting various departments by providing accurate, timely data and valuable business insights. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a substantial impact on our organisation during this current phase of company growth. Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow): • Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording, ensuring efficiency and scalability across departments. • Offer analytical support to GTM (Go-To-Market) departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to help them achieve their targets and objectives. • Enforce data governance standards and best practices to maintain data integrity. • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations. You should apply if you have ​​(we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the ​​confidence gap​.​​ You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role): • Solid knowledge of SQL. Ideally, some experience with DBT & Snowflake would be valuable. • Any prior work experience in a related field is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce will be given extra consideration. • Exceptional ability to interpret large amounts of data and analyse it to produce concise reports. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for translating complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
