About the role
Who we are Resonance is an Applied AI company, founded by a team of seasoned operators and engineers from Europe's leading software investor and a leading AI consultancy. Collectively we've shipped 30+ AI products, embedded AI into 50+ businesses and created $250m of value for them. AI models are improving faster than companies can use them. The models are good enough today. What's missing is building AI into how a company actually works, and that's what we do. We work with ambitious companies to help fundamentally rewire how they work with AI, and accelerate their growth. Our mission is to help companies reinvent themselves for the AI era and cross the emerging AI productivity gap. The role We are looking for graduates to join Resonance's first graduate cohort in London. You will work on client projects from your first month, alongside senior engineers and transformation leads, turning redesigned processes into AI running in production. You'll join one of two tracks. Tell us which interests you when you apply; if you're not sure, we'll work it out together during the process. • Applied AI Engineer: build and ship production AI systems for clients, including agents, integrations, data pipelines and evals, and help build our own AI products and platform • AI Transformation Lead: map how a client's key processes really run, find where AI changes the economics, build the business case and prototype new workflows with the latest AI tools What you'll do Work on real client projects • Join a client team from your first month and own pieces of work from day one • Sit with the people who do the work today and see how AI changes it Build and test • Build with the latest AI models and tools, whether that's production code or prototype workflows • Track what each build delivers once it goes live, and help client teams run and extend it Grow at pace • Coaching from senior engineers, transformation leads and the founding team • Take on more ownership as you grow, and help shape our company as a key member of our team Your first year • Training: Comprehensive training when you join, covering AI, your track's craft, how we run client projects and the industries we work in • Your first project: On a client team from your first month, with a senior engineer or transformation lead who coaches you • Progression: You'll start as a Junior Engineer or Junior Transformation Lead and typically move up a level within 18–24 months How we work • A small team: You'll know everyone by name, founders included • Questions welcome: Nobody expects you to know it all when you start. Asking for help early is part of the job, and senior people make time for it • Low ego, high standards: We set a high bar and help each other reach it. Credit is shared, and mistakes are something we learn from together • Time together: Three days a week in the office means you learn by working next to people, not just over video calls Who you are Mindset • You take the initiative: you start things without being asked and see them through • You're obsessed with AI and try new models and tools the day they come out • New problems and new domains give you energy, and you like solving them with other people • You learn fast and go looking for hard problems Background • You're finishing a degree or have already completed one • You likely studied Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or another technical or quantitative subject • You can show what you're capable of through your grades, competitions, internships, societies or things you've built AI fluency • You use AI every day and have built something with it: a workflow, an agent, a tool or a project • You pick up new tools rapidly and show others how to use them For the engineering track • You write
