About the role

As a Junior Branch Manager at SIXT, you will develop your team members while ensuring that we are providing a first-class customer service experience. As an essential part of the team, you will assist with increasing profitability as you train and develop with your staff. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT • You lead the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained at performance standard levels • You train and support the ongoing development of new hires, assuring the necessary tools and information are in place to incubate success • You exert strong team building skills through goal setting, motivation, and follow-up to reach those goals, while improving the team and facilitating communication among its members • You exceed and meet departmental objectives, including conversion targets and lead generation, and strive continually for new ways to increase sales opportunities • You create a sense of ownership within the team, resolve employee issues, communicate the company's purpose, core values, and vision, and ensure that employees follow their schedules as designed • You document general reports on each team member's performance and targets, ensuring that they exceed expectations, and perform other job-related duties as assigned   YOUR SKILLS MATTER • Experience and Education You have a minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in sales and customer service, along with strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes • Supervisory and Communication Skills You possess good supervisory and strong communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and interact with others; the ability to communicate in other languages is a plus • Organization and Customer Service You have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service • Licence & Authorization You must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future • Age and License You are at least 21 years old, must hold a valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record, and available for day, evening and weekend shifts.  Limited travel within Canada and United States is required.    WHAT WE OFFER • Paid Time Off: Enjoy a generous vacation policy that increases with tenure. • Comprehensive Healthcare & Life Insurance: Access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance for added security. • Bonus Plan: Benefit from a performance-based bonus plan to reward your achievements. • Uniform Provided: Receive a full uniform at no cost to maintain a professional appearance. • Exclusive Benefits: Access to a company car as well as special rental rates for family and friends.  • Employee Assistance Program: Access to the Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support when needed. • Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP): Save for your future with our company-matching RRSP program.
