About the role
• 牵头开展台架侧L2+ ADAS行车功能的系统需求测试、法规测试、每日冒烟测试、场景库测试及问题复测等工作； • 根据项目计划，结合平台级台架测试策略及测试流程，制定并及时调整项目台架测试策略与测试计划； • 跟踪项目进度，提前规划台架及人力资源，并开展台架测试风险管理； • 根据项目各阶段节点要求，制定并评审相应的测试范围与测试计划，组织落实相关测试工作，满足节点交付要求； • 参加项目会议，了解项目最新进展及主要问题，并按要求汇报台架测试结果，包括需求测试结果、场景库测试结果及缺陷情况等； • 负责台架测试相关的内外部沟通，及时收集项目进展信息、识别项目风险，并向团队同步，确保信息一致； • 支持开发团队、TPM及其他团队开展各类台架测试，确保测试结果准确、规范； • 统筹协调台架测试人员及相关资源，负责台架整体测试工作，满足各阶段节点的交付要求； • 与实车测试团队保持紧密合作，推动问题在台架测试阶段充分暴露和闭环，减少基础问题流入实车测试阶段； • 对接潜在客户的台架测试方案，澄清测试范围及资源需求 • 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、汽车电子、计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业； • 熟悉高级驾驶辅助系统的整体架构及核心功能原理； • 具备5年左右L2+自动驾驶台架或仿真测试经验，熟悉HNOA、UNOA、AEX、标定及降级等功能的台架测试； • 具备3年左右SIL、HIL、LogSim等仿真测试经验，掌握各类仿真工具的基本原理； • 具备1年左右台架或仿真测试团队管理经验； • 熟练使用CarMaker、VTD等仿真工具； • 熟悉自动驾驶场景库的建设方法及相关理论； • 具备较强的自驱力、责任心、沟通协调能力和团队协作意识。
