About the role
1. EXIM Billing invoice checking, submitting to Finance / CF and create the report 2. Create Supporting documents for export-import clearance process (insurance, POA letter, DNP) 3. General archiving (soft copy database) for EXIM documentation 4. Project on foreign trade or EXIM field 5. Power BI (chart, KPI, Dashboard) • Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering / Management / Logistic / Management Transportation. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa. • Good communication skills, people person, and a team player. • Keen to learn and proactive. • Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills. • Have a good knowledge in logistics and foreign trade. • Full-time paid internship • For January - June 2027 period • Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program) • HR Contact Person: Aqila Shekina Putri
