We combine one of the leading job market data platforms with specialized AI agents that help recruitment agencies spot hiring demand early and place candidates faster. We have just closed our first institutional funding round and are building a prediction layer for the European labor market. Strong product–market fit, existing customers, industry interest, and the backing of our first institutional round. Join us to build PLACED's technology, team, and business. Your mandate • Shape company strategy and own technology end to end. • Stay deeply hands-on: write code, ship products, and drive business outcomes. • Build a top-tier engineering organization within 6–12 months: attract talent, develop leaders, and enable teams to deliver independently. • Set technical direction, balancing speed, reliability, and long-term advantage. • Build trust with customers, investors, and future hires as PLACED's technical voice. Your profile • 5+ years in SaaS, with proven shipping and seed-to-Series-A scaling experience. • Deep technical expertise, strong commercial judgment, and a practical AI-first mindset. • Clear communication and sound decisions across product, engineering, and business priorities. • A track record of building teams with ownership, candor, and accountability. • A 5–10-year ambition for PLACED and full founder commitment.
