Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in. Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Data Center Delivery & Site Readiness Location: • Austin, TX • San Francisco, CA • New York, NY About the role We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to own data center delivery and the sourcing work that gets each site ready to operate. You'll take projects from vendor selection and contract negotiation through construction, infrastructure deployment, commissioning, and handover to operations. This role combines technical program management with hands-on commercial execution. You'll work with engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams to ensure facilities, equipment, and site services are ready when they're needed, with clear accountability for schedule, cost, and quality. What you'll do Deliver data centers • Represent the owner across new builds and expansions, managing data center providers, general contractors, design consultants, commissioning agents, and compute integration partners. • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installation, white space fit-out, rack-level power, structured cabling, equipment staging and validation, and commissioning through operational acceptance. • Maintain a delivery schedule that connects construction milestones, equipment arrivals, service activation, and deployment dependencies. Resolve field issues and drive recovery plans when commitments slip. • Assess vendor and partner readiness before deployment, and coordinate handover with operations so acceptance criteria, documentation, and support responsibilities are clear. Source site services and manage contracts • Own sourcing for the services each site needs to open and operate, including temporary power and water, security, waste management, and facilities support. • Translate construction and operational requirements into scopes of work, supplier selections, and service start dates. Identify gaps early enough to prevent delays to site work. • Negotiate regional and multi-site agreements, rate cards, service-level commitments, and change orders that new sites can use without restarting procurement. • Hold suppliers accountable for delivery, service quality, and commercial commitments, coordinating utility and service-provider dependen
