About the role
• Configurarea și operarea mașinilor de frezat CNC (cu 3 și 5 axe) conform programelor de producție. • Încărcarea și alinierea sculelor, dispozitivelor și pieselor conform fișelor de setare și listelor de scule. • Verificarea conformității pieselor folosind instrumente de măsurare (șubler, micrometru, scanner 3D etc.). • Realizarea ajustărilor de bază ale programului direct pe mașină, dacă este necesar. • Menținerea mașinii în condiții optime de funcționare și respectarea standardelor de siguranță. • Înregistrarea datelor de producție și raportarea abaterilor sau neconformităților. • Studii tehnice în prelucrarea mecanică sau echivalent. • Minimum 2 ani de experiență în operarea mașinilor CNC (preferabil cu 5 axe). • Cunoștințe bune de citire a desenelor tehnice și toleranțelor. • Familiaritate cu setarea sculelor și interpretarea codurilor G/M. • Cunoștințe de bază în sisteme CAD/CAM (SolidWorks CAM reprezintă un avantaj). • Atenție la detalii, responsabilitate și abilități de lucru în echipă. • Al 13-lea salariu; • Bonuri de masă în valoare de 40 de lei/zi; • Bonus de performanță; • Bonus de Crăciun și Paște; • Asigurare de viață si Asigurare medicală privată, reduceri la diverse activități sportive, cantină, linie de asistență 24/7 cu psihologi; • Reduceri diverse (anvelope, ochelari, cumpărături etc.) • Bonus de relocare pentru cei care nu sunt rezidenți în Timișoara; Vrei să conduci alături de Continental?
