About the role
About GeneralMind GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics. Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows. About the role You'll help us build our expansion into the DACH and European Market . You're often the first contact between GeneralMind and the companies we want to work with: you research accounts, write good outbound, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. This isn't a job where you just work through a call list. You'll build our outbound from the ground up together with the founders and marketing - figure out what messaging works, and pass back what you're hearing from the market. You'll sell to complex, operational buyers (supply chain, logistics, procurement) and need to understand their world well enough to earn a first conversation. We're building an AI-native sales motion - you'll use AI tools every day to research faster, write better, and prioritise smarter. If you already have Claude or ChatGPT open in another tab, you'll feel right at home. What You'll do • Generate qualified pipeline to help 10x GeneralMind's revenue over the next year • Identify the right enterprise accounts and the right operational buyers within them (supply chain, logistics, procurement) • Drive outreach across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn and phone • Build and manage relationships with senior and C-level buyers at large enterprises • Develop into owning and closing deals end-to-end as early as after 6 months of great performance • Manage pipeline and keep our CRM clean and reporting accurate • Shape GeneralMind's GTM motion from the ground up: build a repeatable sales process, test messaging with founders and marketing, and refine outreach strategies What we are looking for • You have previous sales or commercial experience in startups or other fast-moving environments • You have consistently exceeded your targets or KPIs • You have strong business sense to quickly understand complex, operational problems in enterprises • You're hands-on and not afraid of doing the unglamorous work • You're a strong communicator in both German and English • You're genuinely curious about AI and already use AI tools in how you work • You want to work with smart, ambitious and friendly people with (self-reported) low ego • You want to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
