We challenge common logic, focus on design, put simplicity and usability first, and create memorable experiences. We keep learning and exploring better ways to serve our community and grow personally and professionally in our respective fields. We stay humble along the way, with a “pay it forward” mentality, but with big and bold goals. We are looking for a Destination Efficiency & Supply Manager at Welcome Pickups to lead the team and operating process that balance demand with service capacity across the destination network. The role ensures availability settings, booking cut-offs and demand controls reflect actual supply conditions, protecting reliable fulfilment while reducing unnecessary restrictions on bookings. It combines team leadership, supply-chain judgement and analysis of forward-looking and live operational signals. Working within Driver Supply, the manager connects planning with timely control decisions, clear escalation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Demand Control and Configuration Ownership • Own the operating process for booking cut-offs, capacity limits, blocking and exceptions, within agreed decision rights and commercial guardrails. • Detect and correct unnecessary blocking, configuration errors and insufficient protection against capacity risks; record the reasoning for material changes and verify their effect. Capacity Decisions and Service Reliability • Translate demand forecasts, capacity assessments, assignment patterns and live signals into timely demand control decisions by destination, date, time and vehicle category. • Distinguish genuine supply shortages from forecast, data or configuration problems. Coordinate action with supply owners and escalate emerging service risks to Live Ops. Team Leadership and Decision Standards • Lead and develop the Destination Efficiency team, coach analytical judgement and organise workload and coverage around operational risk and seasonal demand. • Establish decision standards, quality checks, review routines and escalation thresholds so that the team makes consistent, traceable decisions and learns from exceptions.
