US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

You will engage early in the deal lifecycle to help shape commercially viable, accounting-compliant, and operationally scalable outcomes. You will establish the accounting posture, identify required contract and product terms, define reporting and control requirements, and ensure that deal economics, billing flows, and revenue recognition remain aligned as the business evolves. This role requires strong technical accounting judgment, commercial fluency, executive communication, and the ability to create clarity and ownership in areas where precedent may not yet exist.
