About the role

Location Details: Remote, India At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. Our mission is to offer tools, insights, and people that help customers convert their ideas and personal drive into success! What you'll get to do... As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead our project management activities. Working closely with engineering and security teams for deeper SIEM or SLO analysis when required. • Ensuring regular communication through status updates and emails, and setting up a consistent cadence with collaborators for progress reviews, intake requests, and other check-ins. • Leading scrum ceremonies for the team(s), and crafting or optimizing processes as needs evolve. • Guiding the team toward better practices and establishing new ones where gaps exist. Your experience should include... • 6+ years of technical project/program management experience, with 2–5 years of exposure to security, cloud, or infrastructure environments preferred. • Direct accountability for programs spanning multiple related engineering teams, reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager. • Expert-level proficiency in PgM/PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms. • Experience in shipping products, including GA achievements, launch readiness, and post-launch operations. • Working familiarity with cloud security posture management, Kubernetes runtime security, security data pipelines/SIEM, and security automation/SOAR — enough to speak the team’s language across most of these. • Ability to interpret system build documents and pose informed question
