About the role

As a T&T| CBRE Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This is a remote role for someone in the Central Time Zone.  We are looking for a construction project manager to support our financial retail banking client on their projects.  This person will support a large volume on projects consisting of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, etc.   There is no travel required for this role.  What You’ll Do: • Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. • Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. • Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. • Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. • Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams • Work within broad guidelines and policies. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction is preferred.  • Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools • Strong communication skills. *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.  *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*  Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
