About the role
• Dirigir el equipo en el día a día y coordinar todas las actividades de este • Es responsable del cumplimiento de los objetivos del cliente y de CBRE Project Management • Proponer al cliente y al Director del Proyecto la estrategia de desarrollo del proyecto • Determinar la necesidad de procedimientos específicos en el proyecto. • Es el punto de contacto con el cliente con el que mantiene comunicación constante para informar del desarrollo del proyecto • Establecer las líneas de comunicación con el cliente y contratistas • Es responsable del cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de CBRE Project Management en el proyecto. • Es responsable de la definición y seguimiento de la evolución del plan de costes y de la planificación del proyecto • Definir la estrategia de reuniones • Elaborar y actualizar el registro de riesgos. • Proponer la estrategia de contratación y compras • Definir el índice de archivo • Emitir los Informes Mensuales de Situación de Proyecto al cliente y a la Dirección de Proyectos. • Coordinar con el equipo y recopilar toda la información necesaria sobre la evaluación final de contratistas. • TITULACIÓN: Arquitecto / Ingeniero / Arquitecto Técnico / Ingeniero de Edificación • IDIOMAS: Castellano / Inglés • AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA: mínimo 5 años • MANEJO DE PROGRAMAS: Excel avanzado / Ofimática / Autocad / Presto • TIPO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN: Terciario (especialmente Hoteles) y Edificación. • DISPONIBILIDAD PARA VIAJAR: Puntual • UBICACIÓN: Benidorm En Turner & Townsend, nuestros profesionales comparten una visión común y trabajan con un propósito claro.
