What you'll be doing: As an Anaplan Consultant, you are primarily responsible for architect, design and the successful delivery of Anaplan financial planning solutions in strategic accounts. You will: • Understand, review and gather client requirements per Anaplan defined scoping & analysis • Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models • Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality • Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions • Exemplify The Anaplan Way • Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Project Manager/Business Partner and team • Develop Anaplan model documentation • Participate and/or lead Data Integration and Migration Solutions • Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment Your qualifications, your influence To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills • Background in Finance, Accounting or Supply chain experience • 6+ years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis space - Good to have experience in any EPM tool like Anaplan, SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, etc. • Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in financial planning and analysis is required • Sophisticated Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills • Customer/client facing experience in Indonesia market • Proven knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) • Superb written and oral communication skills • Proven track record to lead execute responsibilities simultaneously • Appetite for service excellence and a collaborative style • Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter • Coaching mentality • Collegial, open and grounded in integrity • Desire to work
