About the role

• Advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters • Work closely with partners and colleagues across global offices to deliver seamless, integrated client solutions • Take an active role in transaction execution, including drafting, negotiation, and client management • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives • Contribute to the development of junior lawyers and participate in knowledge sharing across the practice • 2–4 years’ PQE (UK equivalent), with qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction • Experience in one or more of the following: • General banking • Infrastructure / project finance • Leveraged finance • Restructuring • Asset finance • Structured finance • Strong technical and transactional skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality legal advice • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and cultures • Excellent academic credentials and strong commercial acumen • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment • Proactive approach to business development and client relationship management • Commitment to continuous learning, mentoring, and team contribution Why Join Us • Work on market-leading, high-profile transactions across Asia Pacific and globally • Be part of a top-ranked, globally integrated practice with exceptional deal flow • Access to structured career development, training, and international opportunities • Collaborative and inclusive culture with a strong focus on excellence and innovation Equal opportunities statement At Clifford Chance, we understand that our true asset is our people.
