You will work side-by-side with client executives to solve complex workflow problems, build robust integrations, and empower enterprise teams to achieve Enterprise-Grade Orchestration . What You’ll Do • Architect & Implement: Design, develop, and deploy robust, custom automation solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle utilizing Appian’s AI-Powered Process Automation platform. • Integrate Ecosystems: Build seamless data connections and scalable APIs to integrate multiple external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC connections. • Engineer Data Models: Launch new relational data models in production environments and optimize database design through sophisticated SQL development. • Agile Delivery: Partner within cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (sprints, stand-ups, pair programming) to rapidly deliver high-value features. • Empower Clients: Collaborate closely with client technical teams and business stakeholders, driving platform adoption and training users to become self-sufficient. Required Qualifications • Degree: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field. • Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting. • Core Engineering: Proven track record with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), database design, and SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and views). • Requirements Gathering: Demonstrated ability to analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.. • Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 20% to support customer engagements and on-site collaboration. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with modern cloud architecture and environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) , Google Cloud , or Elastic Containers . • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) , Machine Learning , Analytics , and automated test suites within a continuous integration framework. The base salary provided represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer.
