Your Impact: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing strategies, and providing valuable insights to support our growth objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver results What You’ll Do: • Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow next • Build the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and delivery • Structure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisions • Partner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment About You: • 3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10. • Experience in industry research and customer segmentation • Experience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push back • Are able to structure analysis & build data-driven models • Have a growth mindset.
