About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Growth & Communications Intern who is best in class with a high IQ and EQ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team. As a Marketing Growth Communications Intern, you will play a critical support role with responsibility for preparing and executing the campaigns behind our consumer programs — subscriptions, giveaways, surveys, and lifecycle communications — that reach millions of shoppers. A core focus will be managing our CRM platform (Braze) across email, push, RCS/SMS, and in-app messages, building and QAing assets, managing compliance approvals, and reporting on performance.
