About the role
About the Role
Join an early-stage product engineering team building software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work closely with customers to understand how their operations work in practice, then turn those needs into reliable, AI-enabled products that reach production quickly.
What You'll Do
• Embed with customer operations teams to understand real-world certification, inspection, and compliance processes.
• Lead customer conversations, document requirements, and build end-to-end software across frontend, backend, data models, and AI features.
• Own product areas from discovery through launch, working closely with company leadership and engineering teammates.
• Ship early, observe users working with the product, and improve it based on direct feedback.
• Use judgment to distinguish broadly useful product opportunities from customer-specific requests.
• Analyze customer documents, calls, and work outputs to develop workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
What We're Looking For
• Three to six years of experience in software or product engineering, with a record of shipping production systems.
• Full-stack capability, including experience with TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, large language models, or document intelligence is valuable.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to work directly with customers in a personable, collaborative way.
• Experience building products in an early-stage or ground-up environment is useful, including founding team or startup experience.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to work across product, engineering, and customer operations.
