Success in this role looks like: • Leaders have a clear, shared view of which initiatives matter most, how they are sequenced, and where decisions or support are needed. • Stakeholders understand ownership, dependencies, milestones, and next steps, with risks and organizational readiness visible early. • Employees receive useful, appropriately tailored communications and the training they need before and after changes launch. • Major changes become part of how people work, with adoption and reinforcement continuing beyond initial delivery. • Cross-functional teams work through competing priorities and follow through on commitments from planning to sustained use.
