US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Headquarters:
We're looking for a Product Manager to own roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for a digital product initiative, operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution — most engagements in this market are technical-delivery-adjacent (software, data, or AI products) rather than purely strategic, so comfort partnering closely with engineering is expected.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap using Agile/Scrum practices
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with engineering teams to scope, sequence, and deliver iteratively
• Define and track success metrics/KPIs for the product area
• Facilitate or support Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) alongside a Scrum Master where applicable
• (Common variant, ~1 in 5 postings) Own AI/Agentic feature delivery — defining how GenAI or agentic capabilities integrate into the product
• (Common variant, ~1 in 7 postings) Operate as a Technical PM — comfortable in architecture/API-level discussions, not just business requirements
• (Frequent industry context) CPG/enterprise data-product ownership — managing data platforms, catalogs, or analytics products feeding business stakeholders
Required Skills (Must-Have)
• Agile Product Management — backlog ownership, iterative delivery, Scrum/Kanban fluency
• Proven Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical PM experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration (engineering, data, business)
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable product requirements
Nice to Have
• AI/GenAI or Agentic product experience (increasingly common — nearly 1 in 5 current postings)
• Data product management experience (catalogs, analytics platforms, BI)
• CPG, enterprise, or regulated-industry domain experience
• Technical fluency (APIs, data architecture) for Technical PM-flavored roles
