ORTHOPEDAGOOG

Sommige kinderen vallen door de mazen van het net. Niet omdat ze te weinig doen, maar omdat het systeem te weinig voor hen doet. Jij werkt vanuit de overtuiging dat elk kind groeit als je de juiste omgeving schept.
Jouw rol bij YesSee
• Diagnostisch onderzoek en handelingsgericht advies bij leer- en ontwikkelingsvragen
• Begeleiding van kinderen, jongeren en hun omgeving: ouders, school en CLB
• Opzetten van individuele trajecten en ondersteuningsplannen
• Bijdragen aan multidisciplinaire overlegmomenten
• Groepstrajecten en ouderbegeleiding
Wie we zoeken
• Master in de orthopedagogie of een gelijkwaardig diploma
• Je werkt krachtgericht en systeemgericht
• Je communiceert vlot met ouders, school en andere disciplines
