As a Data Analyst , you'll work with powerful tools like SQL, Alteryx, and DOMO to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance and drive business results. Why This Opportunity Stands Out ✅ High visibility with business leaders and decision-makers ✅ Opportunity to solve meaningful business challenges through analytics ✅ Exposure to enterprise-scale data, reporting, and strategy initiatives ✅ Collaborative team environment where your insights influence action ✅ Ability to develop expertise across data visualization, automation, and cloud technologies What You'll Be Doing • Analyze complex data sets and uncover insights that drive business decisions • Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx • Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and deliver data-driven solutions • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership • Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines • Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards • Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation Location & Schedule • 📍 Milwaukee, WI | St. Paul, MN | Cincinnati, OH | Tempe, AZ • 🏢 Schedule 3+ days onsite per week • 🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience • Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience Preferred Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel . • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud . • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Experience delivering end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions.
