About the role
Mission Lane is combining the power of data, technology, and exceptional service to pave a clear way forward for millions of people on the path to financial success. By attracting top talent and leveraging cutting-edge technology, we’re enabling people to unlock real financial progress. Sound like a mission you can get behind?
We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to own daily cash management and liquidity operations across Mission Lane LLC and Mission Lane Bank, reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
Behind every dollar of credit Mission Lane extends is someone building toward a better financial future. With Mission Lane Bank having received conditional approval from the OCC, our Treasury function is taking on significantly more scope, and you’ll help build the liquidity, funding, and cash management foundation that keeps credit a tool people can count on to keep moving forward.
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will:
• Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts and legal entities, and execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments to ensure timely, accurate settlement
• Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow and liquidity forecasts for both Mission Lane LLC and Mission Lane Bank
• Help design and stand up Bank treasury processes, including daily liquidity monitoring, and intraday cash management
• Determine bank funding needs and execute settlement through Brokered Deposits and Sweep Deposits
• Support liquidity risk management for the Bank, including liquidity metrics, stress testing inputs, contingency funding plan support, and reporting for ALCO and Board committees
• Support asset/liability management and interest rate risk analysis, including net interest income and economic value of equity sensitivity reporting
• Track and report on Bank capital and funding positions, and support the intercompany funding and settlement flows between the Bank and LLC, with attention to affiliate transaction requirements (Sections 23A/23B, Regulation W)
• Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations across entities, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Support the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis, including regulatory and examiner information requests
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, Capital Markets, Risk, and Compliance to keep reporting accurate
• Support internal controls and audit requests tied to Treasury activities, and help ensure compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, regulatory requirements, and corporate policy
You'll thrive in this role if:
• You spot a gap (an undocumented process, a report that takes too long, a better way to reconcile) and go fix it instead of waiting to be asked.
• You move fast on unfamiliar territory and treat complexity as a puzzle worth solving quickly.
• You’ve used AI tools like Claude to build small tools or automate parts of your own workflow, and want to keep doing more of that.
• You want to help build something from scratch: standing up treasury processes for a newly chartered bank as the function matures and takes on more scope.
• You’re energized by working in a regulated environment and want to work alongside Risk, Compliance, and Finance leaders as a bank comes together.
Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable analytical role within banking, financial services, or fintech
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with foundational knowledge of (or a strong desire to develop proficiency in) SQL and Python
• Strong foundational
