This platform tracks regulations that impact the Airbnb business and provides intelligence to address unique business challenges. • Community Platform: Establishes a social platform to drive community enablement, collaboration, and success. • Agent Tools: Empowers agents to understand and resolve issues that customers are unable to address on their own. • Aircover Claims Platform: Facilitates the processing of claims for Aircover insurance products, offering protection to both hosts and guests. Our team is building an AI-driven growth platform to power Airbnb’s supply expansion by leveraging AI-driven intelligence to generate sales insights, address diverse supply needs, empower existing hosts to succeed, and attract high-quality hosts to the platform. You will partner closely with product, data science, design, business, and other cross-functional teams to define the team’s long-term technical vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will represent your team with global leadership, drive operational excellence, and guide the development of innovative AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges.
