Job summary Please note - this role is available to junior doctors currently working at RMCH/MCS The Medical Director's Leadership Fellow (MDLF) is a unique opportunity for a junior doctor (ST3 or equivalent) to be able to learn and develop leadership skills by working alongside the senior leadership team at RMCH.
