This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Director, Product Revenue in the Product Operations department. In this fast-paced, high-impact individual contributor role, you will combine strong business acumen with SQL, Python, data modeling, dashboards, custom data applications, and AI-enabled workflows. You will help Product Operations turn ambiguous business problems into clear signals, scalable analytics, decision workflows, and practical tools that improve how teams operate. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) • Partner with Product leadership to clarify high-priority business questions and define the signals, dashboards, workflows, or AI agents needed to accelerate product and operational decision-making • Own the Product Operations signals repository as the single source of truth for business logic, data inputs, definitions, owners, status, and documentation • Build clean, reusable data models and advanced SQL transformations that power dashboards, custom applications, decision workflows, and AI agents • Develop dashboards and Python-based custom data applications when standard BI tools are not sufficient, ensuring solutions are adopted and actively used by teams • Translate ambiguous Product Operations problems into buildable specifications, review AI agent outputs, apply ML/NLP techniques where useful, and present signal performance and recommendations clearly to stakeholders Who You Are (Success Profile) • You thrive in ambiguity.
