Clinical Manager BAYADA Home Health Care | Willow Grove, PA BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Willow Grove Assistive Care team as a part-time Clinical Manager , with a focus on clinical education, staff training, and competency development. Highlights • Part-time opportunity, approximately 20 hours per week • Flexible schedule • Paid weekly • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, direct deposit, and employee assistance program • Learn more about BAYADA benefits What You’ll Do • Coordinate and deliver annual education and competency assessments for staff. • Facilitate quarterly dementia education and training. • Provide lab skills training and clinical education for home health aides (HHAs). • Conduct initial and ongoing competency assessments for new and existing staff. • Facilitate new-hire orientation and support staff development. • Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and education to promote quality care and positive client outcomes. • Conduct client assessments and develop care plans as needed. • Supervise and support field staff to ensure care is delivered in accordance with established standards. What You’ll Need • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. • At least two years of nursing experience. • Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. • A passion for staff education, clinical training, and professional development. • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
