HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT As a Hardware Design Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building high‑performance, high‑quality networking products. You will: • Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from component selection and schematic design through board bring‑up, debugging, and validation. • Work hands‑on with complex, high‑speed digital designs that push performance and reliability boundaries. • Collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to integrate hardware deliverables and drive products from concept into production. • Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs. • Execute empirical testing and root‑cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.
