Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Worldwide Alliances & Channels team is responsible for developing and managing a global community of partners that helps ambitious businesses with industry-leading payments and financial infrastructure solutions and services. What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to own and grow existing, mature, strategic systems integrator (SI) partnerships across EMEA. The focus is on deepening established relationships and improving joint commercial outcomes, rather than incubating or building new partnerships. You’ll manage a defined portfolio of large SI organizations, owning each partnership end to end. You’ll engage senior commercial and technical stakeholders, align on shared priorities, and turn joint partner plans into measurable pipeline and revenue.
This is a partner relationship and revenue-generating role. You’ll work closely with regional sales teams and partner stakeholders on joint account planning and customer engagements. You’ll also coordinate with partner solution engineering, marketing, and program teams to strengthen partner capabilities and grow their Stripe practices.
Responsibilities
• Own a defined portfolio of existing, mature, strategic SI partnerships end to end, from joint planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders across large partner organizations, including alliance, sales, practice, and delivery leaders.
• Develop and execute joint partner plans with clear commercial priorities, owners, and measures of success.
• Work with Stripe’s enterprise sales teams and partner account teams on account mapping, opportunity identification, and co-selling.
• Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, track progress, and coordinate the teams needed to move joint opportunities forward.
• Work with Partner Solution Engineering to deepen partners’ technical capabilities, support training and certification, and strengthen their ability to deliver Stripe solutions.
• Coordinate targeted campaigns, events, and enablement with marketing and program teams to support joint commercial priorities.
• Lead regular partner business reviews, agree on actions with senior stakeholders, and follow through on delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand established partnerships across accounts, practices, and EMEA markets.
• Report clearly on partnership performance, pipeline, risk

• 8 years+ Experience in partnerships, sales, or business development within a technology or financial services organization.
