About the role
L'administration et la configuration de la plateforme ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, FSM, workflows, automatisations, intégrations) constituent une expertise pointue, en lien avec une gouvernance technique et fonctionnelle structurée.
💡 VOS MISSIONS
En tant que Consultant Administrateur ServiceNow (H/F), vous êtes en charge de l'administration, du paramétrage et de la maintenance de la plateforme ServiceNow.
• Administrer, configurer et maintenir les différents modules ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, FSM, Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem, etc.)
• Gérer les mises à jour de la plateforme (versioning, patching, compatibilité)
• Veiller à la bonne conformité et à la sécurité des ACL (Access Control Lists) et à leur évolution dans le temps
• Créer et maintenir des workflows, flows designer et automatisations
• Participer à la gestion des intégrations avec d'autres systèmes internes ou externes
• Collaborer étroitement avec une équipe technique (développeurs, intégrateurs, techniciens) et un groupe de gouvernance pour valider collégialement les évolutions fonctionnelles et techniques
• Suivre les bonnes pratiques de développement en commentant et documentant vos projets
• Suivre les demandes d'évolutions et les transcrire en besoins fonctionnels et techniques
Vous êtes diplômé bac+5 d’une Université ou d’une Ecole d’Ingénieur
• Une certification ITIL serait un plus
• Vous avez une capacité d’analyse technico-fonctionnelle permettant d’appréhender différents cas d’usages
• Vous maîtrisez le développement JavaScript, le développement d’interfaces, l’intégration d’applications de ServiceNow
• Un bon niveau d’anglais serait un plus.
• Savoir être : Rigoureux, autonome, et doté d’un bon relationnel, vous vous adaptez aux différents contextes clients.
• Vous disposez de qualités rédactionnelles, et vous savez vous adaptez à différents interlocuteurs.
