Position Summary: As an DMV Operations Assistant, you will be a member of the title & registration team, with responsibilities including: • Having 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing adhering to • multi-state compliance • Understanding and following all work rules and procedures and following lawful • directions from Supervisors • Maintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure • consistency and efficiency • Upholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements Other duties* as assigned.
