About the role
Great Eastern is seeking an AVP, Content Design to shape how we communicate with customers across digital products. You will transform complex information into clear, useful content for interfaces, apps, websites, emails and chat experiences. You will lead governance, research and writing across moments that matter, ensuring consistent voice, tone and accessibility while aligning with regulatory constraints.
