You take initiative: Collaborate with a global and interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers across research and business units to identify, shape, and solve impactful industrial challenges You collaborate: Build relationships within the company and actively share your knowledge and expertise. Interact with local and global external partners including universities and vendors You communicate: Disseminate your results in scientific publications, patent applications, and technical reports   **Your background** PhD in Electrical Engineering specialized in Power Electronics or PhD in Computer Science specialized in AI Proven expertise in AI/ML, with a solid understanding of algorithms, frameworks, and extensive experience in Python and relevant software tools Ability to apply AI/ML to engineering problems, in particular in the field of power electronics Experience in power electronics design and modeling.
