What you’ll do As a technology business manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that align with our business goals. Specifically, you will: • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the Technology organization. • Develop and implement strategic plans that promote innovative solutions and business practices. • Develop processes to systematically report on the impact of strategic initiatives. • Conduct market and vendor research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. • Manage and oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking and collaboration across teams. • Monitor and report on the progress of innovation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support innovation efforts. • Support zero- based budgeting (ZBB) efforts by analyzing cost drivers, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with functional leaders to develop efficient, needs- based budgets. What’s required • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. • Proven experience in business management, with a focus on innovation or related areas. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in conducting market research and analysis. • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
