About the role
TFG is seeking an Application Support Specialist II in South Africa to provide operational support for application solutions, manage incidents, problems, changes and service requests, and liaise with vendors to deliver reliable IT services. You will monitor BI systems, support BI applications, and collaborate with BI developers and data analysts to identify issues and improve system functionality, ensuring SLA achievement and compliance with best practices.
