Experience in evaluating partner performance and implementing improvement strategies. 3) Cross-Team Collaboration Ability to work effectively with various departments or teams to ensure seamless integration of outsourced services. Strong communicator who can bridge gaps between departments and external partners. Experience in coordinating with other teams to align outsourcing strategies. 2. Language Skills Proficient in Mandarin listening and speaking, with the ability to read and write Chinese. Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin, facilitating interactions with international partners and teams. 3. Strategic Planning Expertise in developing and executing outsourcing strategies that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ability to analyze customers' voice and deliver to related teams. 4. Problem-Solving and Adaptability Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to outsourced services. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments. 5. Project Management Experience Extensive experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines and quality standards. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities to achieve project objectives. Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement Collaborates with partners to drive performance improvements and achieve expected outcomes. Committed to continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance processes and service delivery. 6. Cultural Alignment Support Supports partners in understanding and aligning with organizational culture and values. Ensures that partners are well-versed in the company's mission, vision, and operational standards. Provides guidance and resources to help partners integrate seamlessly with the organizational culture.
