Position Summary: OceanX is seeking a Senior Manager, APAC Partnerships who will support the development and management of relationships with a diverse range of funders based in Singapore and across the APAC region, including government entities, foundations, corporations, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role will steward a portfolio of existing partnerships, actively cultivate new opportunities, manage the donor CRM, and support event coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record of converting prospects and cultivating major gifts. This role will have the opportunity to interact directly with the Dalio Family Office, OceanX, Dalio Philanthropies, and external partners, serving as a key on-the-ground representative of OceanX’s global Partnerships team within Singapore. Position Location: Singapore Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify, research, and qualify prospective funders across Singapore and APAC, and advance opportunities through outreach, cultivation, funding requests, and securing commitments, in partnership with the VP of Partnerships and relevant leadership. • Steward and grow existing donor and partner relationships, supporting renewals, additional funding opportunities, and ongoing engagement. • Develop tailored proposals, presentations, reports, and other materials that communicate OceanX’s mission, impact, and funding opportunities. • Represent OceanX and affiliated organizations to external stakeholders, including philanthropic, corporate, and government partners. • Manage the prospect pipeline and maintain accurate donor CRM records, including relationship history, opportunity values, engagement activity, and next steps. • Support partnership and fundraising events, including preparation, stakeholder coordination, event-day execution, and follow-up. • Manage administrative follow-through, including scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, action tracking, and coordination across internal teams. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, to support cross-time zone collaboration. • Adaptable to varying workloads, balancing periods of focused execution with lighter operational phases. • Additional duties as assigned.​ Qualifications: • Professional Experience: • Bachelor’s De
