About the Role As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will design and lead robust APIs, data models, and background services while contributing to modern, user-friendly web interfaces. You will own features end to end — from design through launch—working closely with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, assess risks, and make trade offs that support long-term quality. Responsibilities: • Design and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions aligned with business and product needs. • Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex engineering problems and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Contribute to technical architecture by evaluating design options, defining technical approaches, and supporting long-term product direction. • Lead complex technical initiatives from planning through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. • Identify opportunities to modernize systems, improve engineering practices, and introduce innovative technical solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure successful delivery. • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to strengthen engineering quality and team capability. • Proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, and drive effective mitigation plans. • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend practical improvements that enhance product quality and team efficiency. • Other duties which are assigned by the Employer or authorized person of the Employer.
