Your Impact As a Software Engineer, you will: ·      Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and improve data analysis capabilities ·      Lead technical decision-making for key projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable architectures ·      Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture ·      Set technical standards and drive adoption of best practices across the team ·      Support and collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. ·      Advocate for best engineering practices . ·      Surprise us. Technical Requirements ·     Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure ·     Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar ·     Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js ·     Proficiency in React or similar framework ·     Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures, designing APIs, and cloud security best practices knowledge ·     CI/CD practices and DevOps principles   About you Soft & Behavioral Skills • Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results • Service-oriented, flexible, and a team player who takes initiative • Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and approaches • Innovation-focused with a willingness to experiment and introduce improved ways of working • Surprise us with innovative approaches to exponentially increase our productivity Your background • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge).
