Position Description General Atlantic is looking to hire an Analyst to support the Actis Southeast Asia Real Estate team, based in Singapore. This is a small, high-ownership team investing in real assets across the region: the Analyst will work on live transactions from first screen through to structuring, financing, asset management and exit, rather than a single slice of the process. You will build and own the models that underpin pricing and structuring decisions, run defined diligence workstreams with external advisers, and draft the memoranda that go to Investment Committee. The work is quantitative, commercially exposed and visible to senior members of the firm from day one. Why This Role • Ownership from day one.
