Role Description As a Senior Value Engineer specializing in CPG, you are pushing the envelope in solving business-critical problems for some of the world's most recognized consumer brands. You will be working intimately with our most strategic enterprise clients, understanding their uniquely complex objectives—spanning from high-velocity manufacturing, demand planning, and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) to Direct Store Delivery (DSD) optimization and dynamic logistics routing. You will build Celonis solutions using the world’s leading Process Intelligence (PI) platform in combination with top AI and ML technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, OpenAI, Databricks). With Celonis’ Process Intelligence (PI) platform, we feed operational context to AI so it understands the intricate realities of our customers' massive supply chains, manufacturing operations, and multi-tier distribution networks. This enables them to industrialize AI, unlocking real ROI on deployments at scale—ensuring products are always on the shelf, inventory health is optimized, and waste is minimized. There is no AI without PI. You will prototype these solutions, demonstrate their value to global Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) and Commercial Excellence Executives, and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value realization to solidify and expand the footprint of Celonis across these premier global brands. Key Responsibilities: • Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: Actively drive the full customer lifecycle. Lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during the pre-sales expansion cycles and remain deeply involved post-sale to guide implementation, ensuring agreed value and adoption thresholds are successfully met. • Insights framing and value realization: Owns driving enterprise-wide ROI and adoption programs. Increasingly accelerates customer autonomy with improved cadences and executive sponsorship through QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and enterprise-wide value opportunities. Enables cross-functional alignment and establishes repeatable frameworks for customers to independently track, realize, and expand on business value. • Domain & Industry Leadership: Serve as the internal and external technical subject matter expert for your customer industry domain to scale knowledge across the organization. • AI Discovery & Solutioning: Understand your customers' AI strategies and specific challenges. As a Celonis product expert, find the best problem-solution fit and translate customer requirements into innovative solutions that deliver measurable impact. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting functions with a background in pre/post- sales consulting, strategy consulting, business process improvement, digital transformations, or customer value realization • Strong Technical Skills across Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Azure, Data Engineering..etc).
