KYB Compliance Analyst (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities: • Conduct Second Line of Defence compliance reviews for new and existing corporate customers, including onboarding, periodic review, trigger review, and remediation cases • Assess corporate structures, ownership and control, and identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and authorized persons • Review and validate corporate documentation, including certificates of incorporation, registers, constitutional documents, proof of address, and other supporting evidence • Assess sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and other screening checks on entities and related parties • Assess customer risk factors, including jurisdiction, business activity, ownership structure, expected activity, and other relevant indicators • Escalate higher-risk, unusual, or complex cases in line with internal procedures • Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, where required • Ensure customer files are complete, accurate, and supported by a clear audit trail • Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information, resolve issues, and support case progression • Contribute to remediation exercises, control enhancements, and process improvement initiatives • Maintain awareness of applicable AML, sanctions, and KYB requirements and internal policy updates • Support quality assurance, audit, and regulatory review requests, as needed Requirements • 3+ years of experience in CDD, KYC, AML, compliance operations, or financial crime compliance • Strong understanding of corporate due diligence, beneficial ownership, and customer risk assessment • ACAMs or ICA preferred, not mandatory • Familiarity with sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening processes • Ability to review and interpret corporate documents across different jurisdictions • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to identify red flags and escalate appropriately • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with case management systems, screening tools, and internal workflows Why Binance • Shape the future of finance • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure • Tackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning • Competitive salary and company benefits • Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
