THE OPPORTUNITY: At Salesloft, our Senior Data Scientists will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Data Science team, taking full ownership of projects that redefine how sellers work and drive revenue. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for exploring and applying the latest advances in AI to solve real-world challenges for our customers. Specifically, you will: • Apply your expertise in agentic systems, NLP, and machine learning to build solutions that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of sales professionals. • Design and run robust experiments, translating ambiguous problems into concrete research questions and prototypes. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure your research paves a clear path to production and delivers value to our users. • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, identifying new opportunities for innovation and influencing the direction of our AI roadmap.
