The CIAM team plays a pivotal role in advancing customer identity and access management initiatives across the organization. In partnership with engineering and product leadership, you will define strategic direction, manage roadmaps and performance outcomes, and drive adoption of integrated identity and access solutions that support the enterprise's broader security, digital experience, and transformation goals.   In this role, you will serve as the single accountable product voice for your assigned Digital Product Family, leading and developing a team of Digital Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Business leaders to deliver measurable customer, operational, and financial outcomes.   Accountabilities: • Own the end-to-end, multi-year product strategy for a digital product family aligned to enterprise priorities. • Translate strategy into measurable outcomes using clearly defined KPIs related to growth, quality, efficiency, adoption, automation, and stability. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and outcome ownership. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture to deliver integrated end-to-end journeys. • Act as the journey-level integrator, proactively managing dependencies across teams and platforms. • Share accountability for delivery health, platform stability, risk management, and compliance. • Communicate product strategy, progress,
