About the role
Revenue Operations Analyst (AI-Enabled GTM Builder)
Are you the kind of RevOps analyst who gets frustrated when reports don’t reflect what’s really happening, CRM fields are unreliable, and teams recreate the same report five different ways? Do you enjoy building practical solutions—clean processes, reliable data, and AI-powered workflows—that help revenue teams work faster and with more confidence?
At AIMMS, our optimization technology powers mission-critical decisions for global enterprises—from keeping energy grids stable to optimizing complex supply chains. As we scale, we’re investing heavily in operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success. We’ve already connected Salesforce, product usage data and other data sources around the business, and teams are actively experimenting with AI. Now we need someone to bring structure, standards, and measurable impact.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who is hands-on, AI-native, and excited to own the day-to-day reality of our GTM stack—making it trustworthy, usable, and scalable.
A Role You Can Shape
This is a role with real ownership—not a back-office reporting position. You’ll build, improve and scale how our revenue organization works, partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Customer Success.
What you’ll do
• Improve processes and workflows: Map how teams work and streamline lead routing, opportunity management, renewals and handovers, making ownership and next steps clear.
• Document and enable change: Create clear Confluence documentation and deliver training so new processes are easy to follow and changes stick.
• Bring structure to AI initiatives: Maintain a searchable catalog of proven AI use cases, build practical AI skills connected to tools such as Salesforce and Confluence, and set lightweight standards for readiness, adoption and ongoing review.
• Own data quality and reporting: Improve data accuracy across Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), Apollo, ZoomInfo and connected platforms; establish shared metric definitions and keep dashboards consistent.
• Partner with Finance: Help align commissions, bookings, ARR, contract and renewal data, reconciling CRM and finance records and addressing gaps.
• Support revenue teams and their tools: Act as a trusted partner and first-line support for revenue leaders and reps, administer and improve relevant tools, and turn requests into clear priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify recurring issues and bottlenecks, address root causes, implement solutions and measure their impact.
